Login to Dineout App using the contact number registered with Times Prime. Select your city in the 'city selection' pop-up.

It usually takes 4 hours for the membership to reflect.
If the membership doesn't reflect, logout from "My Account", re-login & check. It should work!

If you are still unable to see your membership, send us the screenshot of your Times Prime subscription validity and contact number at complaints@dineout.co.in and we'll check the issue on priority.
