If the payment status is showing "failed" on the App, please make another transaction, or use a different pay mode. If the amount was debited, it will be credited to the source account within 5-7 days for Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking or UPI. 

In case you used a wallet like PayTM or MyCash, it should reflect immediately. If the amount does not reflect after the said time, please write to us at complaints@dineout.co.in with the order ID so that we can help you further.
