Yes, you can use Dineout Pay for paying your restaurant bill at Dineout Pay enabled restaurants. If you have existing PromoCash, you can use them to pay 10% of the bill amount. You can also top-up MyCash and earn 5% PromoCash with that. You can use the full MyCash balance to pay your restaurant bill.
